Sindh Government Solar Scheme 2025

Are you worried about your electricity bills? To overcome the energy crisis in the Province the Sindh government introduced the solar scheme for the residents. Due to overbilling and load-shedding people are very worried about this therefore this scheme will help the people of Sindh. In this annual budget, the Sindh government allocated 25 Billion Rupees for this scheme. These solar panels will be given to 2.6 Million households. The government will also provide solar inverters for this scheme.

Objectives of Sindh Government:

• The main objective of this scheme is to overcome energy crisis, load shedding, and overbilling.
• The solar panels will decrease the bills of households and produce a large amount of energy and the extra energy will be stored in national grid.
• Using solar panels for electricity purposes is pollution free and does not emit or absorb any harmful gases.
• The scheme is important for the unemployed youth of Sindh due to this scheme thousands of unemployed will get job opportunities.
• This scheme will help the people of Sindh to become completely independent in terms of energy.

Eligibility:

• The person should not have any criminal case.
• A person should be a resident of Sindh.
• Person should not be a government employee.
• Person should not involve in any illegal activity.
• Less than 200 units of electricity consumption per month.
• Monthly income should be less than 50,000.
• Should not have any financial fraud cases.
• You can check your eligibility via the SMS code 8800 after submitting tour CNIC number.

Required Documents:

• Copy of CNIC.
• Bank statement.
• Previous electricity bill.
• House ownership.
• Permission letter of the owner (if rental property).

• First of all visit the official site of Sindh government.
• Download the application form from here.
• Fill the application form.
• Attest the necessary documents.
• After final checking submit the form in Sindh Bank or another approved bank.
• After the approval, you will receive an SMS or call from the government.
